By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you publish on OPEN PRESS you also agree to the Publisher Agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials and all activity that occurs under it. Accounts may be suspended for violations of the Community Guidelines.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the work you publish. You grant OPEN PRESS a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that work on the platform for as long as it remains published.

4. Responsibility

Publishers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish. OPEN PRESS does not verify, endorse or take editorial responsibility for publisher content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Moderation records may be retained for audit purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." OPEN PRESS does not promise legal protection, indemnity or defense of any published work.
