OPEN PRESS is a publishing platform created for bloggers, independent journalists, digital magazines, community publications and editorial outlets. It exists for one purpose: to give independent publishers a place to create articles, upload supporting media, publish their work and share their stories with the world.
Who operates OPEN PRESS
OPEN PRESS is owned and operated by Impact Events & Media, Inc.Publications on the platform are independent outlets that publish under their own name and remain responsible for their own editorial decisions.
What we are not
OPEN PRESS is not a social network. There are no feeds engineered for outrage, no recommendation algorithms deciding whose reporting matters, and no engagement mechanics layered over journalism.
Editorial freedom
We intentionally support independent expression, including political and editorial opinion, criticism, satire and investigative reporting. We distinguish controversial speech from content that violates our Community Guidelines.
